Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL. Tracking is provided once your order leaves our studio. In-stock items typically ship the next business day.
Germany: 1–3 business days.
EU: 3–6 business days.
Non-EU: timing depends on destination and customs. During launches, slight delays may occur—your tracking will stay updated.
Germany: free over €100; under 2 kg €5.49; over 1 kg €6.99.
EU rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.
For Non-EU destinations, local duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition/packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
You can use the contact form or contact us at info@deluded.de with your order number and item(s). We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address and instructions. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund is issued.
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method—typically within 3–7 business days.
